We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Charges

Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Return Eligibility

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Completely unused with seal intact
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used perfume and fragrance products
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Customized or personalized items

IMPORTANT: Perfume & Fragrance Return Policy

Due to the nature and usage of perfume and fragrance products, once the package is unpacked or the seal is broken, the item/order will NOT be accepted for return or exchange. This policy is in place for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before opening the product packaging.

Returns are only accepted for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the return authorization number and a copy of your receipt
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

If you paid by cash on delivery, we will process your refund via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when initiating the return.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an unopened item for a different fragrance or product, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the item must be unopened with seal intact. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if you notice any damage or defects.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

Partial Refunds
